The Stylish Trio of Week 3: Nabers, Ramsey, Williams

“Hey Siri, play Black and Yellow by Wiz Khalifa.” That’s all I could imagine hearing from the All-Pro cornerback, Jalen Ramsey, as he showed up for the Steelers’ week three game. A new addition to the team, Ramsey has already been making plays, including a game-sealing stop in week one against the Jets and an interception in the following game against the Seahawks. His performance on the field was much quieter this past week. Luckily, we are focused on his outfit and the style performance he had on the athlete’s runway.

He entered with a simple look that was highlighted by the yellow-gold jersey he wore, designed by Martine Rose. The football top is a nod to soccer kits we see internationally. It was no surprise to see that the top was designed by Rose. The designer has been at the head of creating some of the most influential sports fashion pieces in recent years. Working with brands like Nike to reimagine brand classics. This top for her eponymous brand aligns perfectly with her past work and showcases her passion for the sport of soccer.

Ramsey finished styling the jersey by blacking out the remainder of his outfit. His Beanie, bags, denim and sneakers were all void of color compared to his top. The sneakers were a fun part of the outfit as well, revealing that he may be a sneakerhead. No one really wears Foamposites anymore, especially not the standard ones. It actually impressed me more that he chose to wear the original sneakers and not the Comme des Garçons collaboration.

Following Ramsey, a former teammate of his, Kyren Williams of the Los Angeles Rams was a standout in the tunnel. He was a luxury-wearing biker walking into the game against the defending champions, the Philadelphia Eagles. In a leather Ksubi jacket, Acne Studios 2021M jeans, and a pair of Balenciaga combat strike boots. Like I said, “Luxury Biker!!!” The grunge outfit was hinting that he was prepared for a gritty performance on the ground. He truly did not disappoint; In his most productive game so far, he rushed for 94 yards on 20 attempts, with 18 receiving yards and a touchdown. Despite his team coming up short, Williams proved yet again why he is one of the top backs in the league.

Getting into the final look with a player from the Giants, who really showed appreciation for the growing relationship between sports and fashion this past week. Setting up their own blue carpet, players looked like they were showing up for the ESPYS. Malik Nabers, the Giants’ second-year wide receiver, may not have been Espy’s approved with his outfit, but he was fly. Nabers is used to strutting his stuff as he walked for Kith during their fall 2025 show. The outfit was highlighted by the beautiful jacket he wore. The color and shape were amazing. I need to know where he got it from. Dark blue denim jorts with gold threading details were worn beneath a plain white t-shirt that matched his socks, tucked into a pair of woven leather loafers; I could only assume they came from Bottega Veneta.

Unfortunately for Nabers, his outfit did better numbers than he and his team. After an electrifying week two performance, the defense was locked in on him. Finishing the game with two catches for 13 yards in a loss against the Chiefs. His targets were down this week, which ultimately played a significant role in the drop in production.

Three fits for week three, and the NFC comes out on top for this week’s tunnel wars. Next week, we will do four for four, like we are ordering from Wendy’s.
